Керуючись положеннями п. 4 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» на підставі листів Постачальника від 29.11.21 №29.11/-01 та виробника товару Cisco Systems Ukraine від 10.11.2021 № 178-2021 про те, що через карантинні заходи товар не може бути своєчасно поставлений в Україну, Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строк дії договору до 30.06.2022р.

Керуючись положеннями п. 4 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», розділом 7 Договору, враховуючи військову агресію Російської Федерації проти України, що стало підставою введення воєнного стану з 24 лютого 2022 року, яку листом Торгово-промислової палати України від 28.02.2022 № 2024/02.0-7.1 визнано форс-мажорними обставинами, Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до договору та продовжити строк його дії до 31.12.2022
