Згідно ч.5, статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» N922-VIII від 25.12.2015 (із змінами), дія Договору про закупівлю може продовжуватись на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, сторони домовились внести зміни до п.3.1. розділу ІІІ Договору, а саме:
Доповнити п.3.1. Договору наступним реченням:
Сума 20% від суми, визначеної в договорі, складає 386 738 грн. 19 коп. (триста вісімдесят шість тисяч сімсот тридцять вісім гривень 19 копійок) з ПДВ.
