Керуючись п. 4 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі”, Постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 27.05.2022р № 630 «Про внесення змін до деяких актів Кабінету Міністрів України щодо запобігання поширенню на території України гострої респіраторної хвороби COVID-19, спричиненої коронавірусом SARS-CoV-2», Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строк виконання зобов’язань щодо передачі товару до 31.08.2022року, для чого викласти пункт 5.1 Договору № 6-022022 від 23.02.2022р. (далі – Договір) в наступній редакції:
«5.1. Строк (термін) поставки (передачі) Товару: до 31.08.2022 року».
