Керуючись пунктом 17.1 договору підряду № 17-21/03/19 від 21 березня 2019 року (далі – Договір) та враховуючи те, що Департаментом охорони культурної спадщини виконавчого органу Київської міської ради (Київської міської державної адміністрації) 29.05.2019 надано дозвіл на виконання реставраційних робіт з пристосуванням згідно з проектом, Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до календарного графіку виконання робіт, що є додатком до Договору, в зв’язку з чим погодили викласти його в новій редакції
