Сторони дійшли до взаємної згоди внести зміни до Договору у зв’язку з необхідністю у зменшенні кількості закупівлі товару, керуючись п.1 ч.5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», зменшити загальну суму Договору на 22,59 грн. (П’ятдесят три тисячі дев’ятсот тридцять три грн. 31 коп.) загальний фонд бюджету. – 31010,10 грн. (Тридцять одна тисяча десять грн. 10 коп.) спеціальний фонд бюджету.
