Керуючись ч. 6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» сторони дійшли згоди продовжити термін дії Договору про закупівлю послуг з розподілу електричної енергії та із забезпечення перетікань реактивної енергії № 4-925/23 від 06.04.2023 р. до 31 березня 2024 р. (далі- Договір), достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку.
