Сторін вирішили внести зміни до Договору та уклали цю додаткову угоду (далі – Додаткова угода) про наступне:
1. В пункті 5.1. Договору підряду слова :«Термін виконання робіт – з моменту підписання Договору Сторонами і діє до 31.12.2021 року при наявності своєчасного фінансування.» замінити на слова «Термін виконання робіт – з моменту підписання Договору Сторонами і діє до 31.12.2022 року при наявності своєчасного фінансування».
2. Пункт 11.1. Договору підряду викласти в новій редакції:
«11.1. Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання і діє до 31.12.2022 року, а в частині зобов’язань до повного їх виконання.»

Note:
В зв’язку зі зміною об’ємів робіт та за взаємною згодою Сторін вирішили укласти цю додаткову угоду (далі – Додаткова угода) про наступне:
1. Відповідно до пункту 3 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», пункту 3.4. Договору підряду №2-453 від 30.12.2021 року по об’єкту Технічне переоснащення (встановлення) регульованого комерційного вузла обліку теплової енергії в приміщенні ДНЗ №23 за адресою: м. Умань, вул. Новоуманська, 20 (надалі - Договір) ціна Договору зменшується на 6526,55 грн. (шість тисяч п’ятсот двадцять шість гривень 55 копійок).
1.1. Пункт 3.1 Договору - підряду викласти в наступній редакції:
«3.1. Ціна цього Договору (далі - договірна ціна) становить 261011,45 тис. грн (двісті шістдесят одна тисяча одинадцять гривень 45 копійок) в тому числі ПДВ 43501,91грн. (сорок три тисячі п’ятсот одна гривня 91 копійка).
Вартість робіт на 2021 рік складає- 0 грн. (нуль гривень).
Вартість робіт за договірною ціною у сумі 261011,45 грн (двісті шістдесят одна тисяча одинадцять гривень 45 копійок) в тому числі ПДВ 43501,91 грн. (сорок три тисячі п’ятсот одна гривня 91 копійка) підлягає виконанню у 2022 році.»
2. Додаток до Договору – підряду «Договірна ціна» викласти в новій редакції (додається).
3. Додаток до Договору – підряду «План фінансування будівництва» (на весь період будівництва) викласти в новій редакції (додається).
