ст.36 п.5 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" вартість електричної енергії за цим Договором збільшити на 18600.67 грн. (вісімнадцять тисяч шістьсот грн.67 коп.) враховуючи ПДВ 20% 3100.11 грн. (три тисячі сто грн. 11 коп.). Таким чином сума договору змінюється з 93003.35 грн. на 111604.02 грн. (сто одинадцять тисяч шістьсот чотири грн. 02 коп.), враховуючи ПДВ 20% 18600.67 (вісімнадцять тисяч шістьсот грн. 67 коп.).
