Сторони дійшли згоди внести наступні зміни до Договору:1.Внести зміни до п.5.2. договору розділу 5. «Ціна, порядок обліку та оплати електричної енергії» та викласти його у наступній редакції: «5.2. Вартість електричної енергії за цим Договором визначається з урахуванням суми очікуваної вартості обсягів постачання електричної енергії протягом періоду, вказаного у п. 2.4. цього Договору та становить 9 625 000,00 грн., крім того ПДВ – 1 925 000,00 грн., разом з ПДВ – 11 550 000,00 грн. (одинадцять мільйонів п’ятсот п’ятдесят тисяч гривень 00 коп.). У тому числі за рахунок бюджетних коштів 5 400 000,90 грн. (п’ять мільйонів чотириста тисяч гривень 90 коп.) у тому числі ПДВ – 900 000,15 грн. (дев’ятсот тисяч гривень 15 коп.).» 2.Внести зміни до розділу 15. Місцезнаходження та банківські реквізити Сторін договору та викласти реквізити «Постачальника» і «Споживача».

Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити суму вартості електричної енергії за рахунок бюджетних коштів на 4 744 218,90 грн. та внести наступні зміни до Договору: Внести зміни до п.5.2. договору розділу 5. «Ціна, порядок обліку та оплати електричної енергії» та викласти його у наступній редакції: «5.2. У зв’язку з введенням в дію з 01.07.2019р. «нового ринку електричної енергії» (ринку «на добу наперед», внутрішньодобового ринку, ринку «двосторонніх договорів», балансуючого ринку, ринку допоміжних послуг) згідно вимог Закону України «Про ринок електричної енергії», Сторони дійшли згоди внести наступні зміни до Договору: Доповнити п. 5.1. пунктом 5.1.1. та викласти його в наступній редакції: «п.5.1.1. З 01.07.2019р. Споживач розраховується з Постачальником за електричну енергію за орієнтовною прогнозованою ціною на липень місяць 2019 року, яка становить 2,14 грн./кВт/год. без ПДВ, ПДВ 0,43 грн. грн./кВт/год., разом з ПДВ 2,57 грн./кВт/год. (дві гривні п’ятдесят сім копійок), яка включає тариф на послуги з передачі електричної енергії ДП «НЕК «Укренерго» на ІІ півріччя 2019 року (Тпередача).

У зв’язку з прийняттям Постанови Національною комісією, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг №1411 від 12.07.2019 року «Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії ДП «НЕК «УКРЕНЕРГО» та введенням в дію з 01.08.2019р. нового тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії,
Сторони дійшли згоди внести наступні зміни до Договору:
1. Доповнити п. 5.1. пунктом 5.1.1. та викласти його в наступній редакції:
«п.5.1.1. З 01.08.2019р. Споживач розраховується з Постачальником за електричну енергію за орієнтовною прогнозованою ціною з серпня місяця 2019 року, яка становить 2,10 грн./кВт/год. без ПДВ, ПДВ 0,42 грн. грн./кВт/год., разом з ПДВ 2,52 грн./кВт/год. (дві гривні п’ятдесят дві копійок), яка включає тариф на послуги з передачі електричної енергії ДП «НЕК «Укренерго» на ІІ півріччя 2019 року (Тпередача) на рівні 312,14 грн/МВт*год (без урахування податку на додану вартість).

У зв’язку з прийняттям Постанови Національною комісією, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг №1781 від 30.08.2019 року «Про внесення змін до постанови НКРЕП від 12 липня 2019 року №1411» та введенням в дію з 01.09.2019р. нового тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії ДП «НЕК «УКРЕНЕРГО», зміною банківських реквізитів Постачальника і Споживача, керуючись ст. 651, 653, 654 Цивільного кодексу України, частиною 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони дыйшли згоди зменшити цыну за одиницю товару.
