Доповнити Договір наступною умовою:
Орієнтовна сума Договору розраховується, як добуток обсягу очікуваного споживання електричної енергії на листопад - грудень 2017р., визначеного відповідно до розділу 5 Договору, на прогнозовану величину роздрібного тарифу та становить 60 387 грн.74 коп. (шістдесят тисяч триста вісімдесят сім грн. 74 коп.) з ПДВ.
Реальна сума Договору на листопад – грудень 2017р. встановлюється на підставі фактично спожитих обсягів електричної енергії, визначених відповідно до умов Договору, та роздрібних тарифів, затверджених щомісяця відповідною постановою НКРЕКП.
