Керуючись п.5 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015р. № 922-VIII, сторони дійшли згоди щодо зміни ціни в бік зменшення (без зміни кількості (обсягу) та якості товарів, робіт і послуг) по Договору № 504 від «27» вересня 2019 р. на закупівлю товару «Вершкове масло» ДК021:2015:15530000-2, а саме: ціна за одиницю товару, викладена в Специфікації договору, з моменту підписання Сторонами даної додаткової угоди буде становити: масло вершкове «Селянське» з вмістом молочного жиру у межах 72,5-79,9 – 149,80 грн./кг.
Керуючись ч.5 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 р. №922-VIII, сторони дійшли згоди щодо збільшення обсягів товару по Договору № 504 від «27» вересня 2019 р. на закупівлю товару за кодом «Вершкове масло» ДК021:2015:15530000-2, а саме: Масло вершкове «Селянське» з вмістом молочного жиру у межах 72,5-79,9 %, на 165,000 кг до 1010,000 кг.
Збільшити суму Договору № 504 від 27.09.2019р. на 24717,00 грн. з ПДВ.
