У зв'язку з коливанням ціни електричної енергії керуючись п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" Сторони домовились внести зміни до Договору та погодили плановий обсяг постачання електричної енергії Споживачу в розмірі 878663,94 кВт/год.
