Керуючись п. 2, 6 та 7 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», п.3 ст. 631 Цивільного кодексу України та умов Договору, Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару на 7,68% з 01.05.2020 р. та викласти п. 1 Комерційної пропозиції в частині ціна за 1 кВт/ год в наступній редакції:
«Ціна за 1кВт*год. електричної енергії 2-го класу за цим договором становить 2,01 грн. (дві грн. одна коп.), в тому числі:
ПДВ – податок на додану вартість 20 %,
Ппр - тариф на послуги з передачі електричної енергії, що встановлюється відповідною Постановою НКРЕКП»
Викласти п. 1.3 (зміна обсягів) та п. 4.1 Договору в наступній редакції:
«1.3. Очікуваний обсяг постачання електричної енергії на період січень - грудень 2020 становить 434250 кВт*год та відповідає очікуваному обсягу закупівлі послуг з розподілу (передачі) електричної енергії у оператора системи.
Обсяги закупівлі електричної енергії можуть бути зменшені залежно від реального фінансування видатків».
«4.1. Споживач розраховується з Постачальником за електричну енергію за ціною, що на дату укладення цього Договору становить 2,01 грн. з ПДВ за 1 Квт.год.».
Усі інші умови Договору, не передбачені цією додатковою угодою, залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують щодо нього свої зобов’язання.

1. п. 2.1 розділу 2 Договору викладено в новій редакції.
2.п.12.1 розділу 12 Договору викладено в новій редакції.
3. п. "Термін дії Договору та умови пролонгації" Додатку 2 до Договору "Комерційна пропозиція" викладено в новій редакції.
Усі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними.
