1. Договірна ціна за цим Договором не змінюється та складає : 14 955 738,25 грн. (чотирнадцять мільйонів дев'ятсот п'ятдесят п'ять тисяч сімсот тридцять вісім грн. 25 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ 20% - 2 492 632,04 грн. (два мільйони чотириста дев'яносто дві тисячі шістсот двадцять три грн. 04 копійок). 2. Розділ 4."Джерела та порядок фінансування" Договору та викласти в новій редакції: "4.1. Обсяги виконаних та оплачених робіт станом на 01.01.2019 року згідно Договору становлять: 10 555 879,50 грн. (десять мільйонів п'ятсот п'ятдесят п'ять тисяч вісімсот сімдесят дев'ять грн. 50 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ- 1 759 313,25 грн. 4.2. Обсяги фінансування виконання робіт на 2019 рік, відповідно до бюджетних призначень становить: 2 950 000,00 грн. (два мільйони дев'ятсот п'ятдесят тисяч гривень 00 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ 20% - 491 666,67 грн., але можуть бути змінені у разі коригування обсягів бюджетного фінансування на зазначені роботи. 4.3. Зобов'язання за договором виникають в межах затверджених бюджетних асигнувань на відповідний бюджетний період, про що Сторонами укладається відповідна додаткова угода до цього Договору. 4.4. Фінансування робіт, визначених Договором, здійснюється за рахунок бюджетних коштів". 3. Внести зміни до п. 17.2 Договору, виклавши його в наступній редакції: " 17.2. Термін дії Договору до 31.12.2019 року, але у будь-якому випадку до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов'язань за Договором". 4. Доповнити розділ 17. "Строки дії Договору" пунктом 17.5, який викласти в наступній редакції: "17.5.Строки дії цього Договору може бути продовжений відповідно до розпорядження виконавчого органу Київської міської ради (Київської міської державної адміністрації) "Про капітальний ремонт об'єктів, що фінансується за рахунок бюджетних коштів до Департаменту транспортної інфраструктури виконавчого органу Київської міської ради (Київської міської державної адміністрації)" на наступні періоди.

Зобов’язання за договором виникають в межах затверджених бюджетних асигнувань на відповідний бюджетний період, про що Сторонами укладається відповідна додаткова угода до цього Договору. 4.4. Фінансування робіт, визначених Договором, здійснюється за рахунок бюджетних коштів».
