Note:
У зв'язку з підвищенням відпускних цін на товар Постачальником (лист №2011-03/18 від 28.03.2018) та відповідно до пункту 2 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015 №922-VII, Сторони прийшли до згоди змінити ціну за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків, без збільшення суми визначеної в договорі, в зв'язку з коливанням ціни на паливо на ринку.
Вищезазначені зміни необхідні для недопущення зриву безперебійної роботи автотранспорту та спеціального рухомого складу КП "Київський метрополітен" та для виконання інших господарських робіт.
