Керуючись пунктом 1 частини п’ять та частиною шостою статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VІII, Господарським кодексом України Абонент і Оператор зв’язку прийшли до згоди внести зміни до договору від 22.03.2021 №24-21, а саме: зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника за 2021 рік та дія договору продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного рокув обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році.
