Improvement of the quality of the subject of procurement provided that such improvement will not lead to an increase in the amount specified in the contract
Extension of the contract term and fulfillment of obligations for transfer of goods, performance of works, provision of services in case of occurrence of documented objectively justified circumstances that caused such extension, including force majeure, delay in financing of customer's expenses, provided that such changes will not lead to an increase in the amount specified in the contract
Change of conditions due to extension of the contract term, sufficient for conducting procurement procedure at the beginning of the next year, in the amount not exceeding 20% of the amount specified in the contract made in the previous year, if expenses for these purposes are approved in the established order

Note:
1. Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни у розділ 14 Договору. "Місцезнаходження, платіжні реквізити та підписи Сторін" виклавши реквізити Постачальника в новій редакції: Постачальник: ТОВ "Тернопільелектропостач" Адреса: проспект Злуки, 2В, м. Тернопіль, 46007 Код ЄДРПОУ: 42145798, р/р: UA023385450000026037300720869 у ТВБВ "10019/03 філії Тернопільське обласне управління АТ "Ощадбанк", ІПН 42145757919181, тел.: (0352)523009. Е-mail: [email protected]. 2. Всі інші умови Договору Сторони погодили залишити без змін. 3. Дана Додаткова угода до Договору складенав двох примірниках, о мають однакову юридичну силу, по одному для кожної із Сторін. Дана Додаткова угода до Договору діє з моменту її підписання та скріплення печатками Сторін та є невід'ємною частиною Договору.

1. У зв’язку із зміною кошторисних призначень п.5.1.1. Договору викласти в такій редакції: «5.1.1. 1. Сторони погодили п.5.1.1. Договору викласти в такій редакції: “5.1.1. Ціна договору становить – 300517,02 грн. (триста тисяч п’ятсот сімнадцять грн.02 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ 20% - 50086,17 грн. (п’ятдесят тисяч вісімдесят шість грн. 17 коп.). 2. У зв’язку з припиненням юридичної особи Споживача, переходом прав та обов’язків Споживача до 6 ДПРЗ ГУ ДСНС України у Тернопільській області (38192299) сторони погодили припинити дію Договору 30 червня 2025 року. 3. Зобов’язання сторін. Згідно Договору, діють до їх повного виконання, але не пізніше дати переходу прав та обов’язків Споживача до 6 ДПРЗ ГУ ДСНС України у Тернопільській області (38192299). 4. Додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках (по одному для кожної із сторін), що мають однакову юридичну силу та є невід’ємною частиною Договору.
