Change of conditions due to extension of the contract term, sufficient for conducting procurement procedure at the beginning of the next year, in the amount not exceeding 20% of the amount specified in the contract made in the previous year, if expenses for these purposes are approved in the established order

Пункт 4.2. договору доповнити: Ціна додаткової угоди дорівнює 20% ціни за основним договором на 2020 рік та договорами № 3051 від «20» січня 2020р. і № 3132 від «23» січня 2020р. (відповідно до рішення сільської ради від 18.11.2020р. № VII/01-22 «Про початок реорганізації Малоянисольської сільської ради, Касянівської сільської ради, та Зорянської сільської ради шляхом приєднання до Кальчицької сільської ради» та рішення сільської ради від 24.12.2020р. № VII/03-85 «Про затвердження актів приймання-передачі майна»), і становить: 33 309,22грн. (тридцять три тисячі триста дев’ять грн. 22 коп.). Ціна не повинна змінюватись, крім випадку зменшення ціни договору про закупівлю, узгодженого сторонами та зменшення обсягів закупівлі залежно від реального фінансування видатків. У разі зміни норм витрат на здійснення спостереження, сума Договору змінюється за погодженням сторін шляхом підписання додаткових угод без переоформлення Договору.» Пункт 12.1 договору викласти в наступній редакції: «Цей Договір набирає чинності з дати підписання сторонами. і діє до 31.01.2021р. Відповідно до ч.3ст.631 Цивільного кодексу України підписаний договір поширює дію на відносини, що виникли між сторонами з 01.01.2020р.,а в частині проведення розрахунків – до їх повного здійснення».
