Note:
1. У зв’язку зі зменшенням фактичного обсягу споживання електроенергії по Договору, Сторони дійшли згоди викласти абзац 2 п. 2.1 Договору в наступній редакції: «Кількість електричної енергії на 2020 рік визначено в обсязі 1 435 253 кВт*год. відповідно до Додатку 2 «Обсяги очікуваного споживання електричної енергії Споживачу». 2. Відповідно до пункту 1 цієї додаткової угоди, Сторони домовились: 2.1 Абзац 1 п.5.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «Ціна цього договору на 2020 рік становить 3 796 116,59 грн. (три мільйони сімсот дев`яносто шість тисяч сто шістнадцять гривень грн. 59 коп.), в тому числі ПДВ 632 686,10 грн. (шістсот тридцять дві тисячі шістсот вісімдесят шість грн.10 коп.); з них 3 237 783,43 грн. – кошти ГУ ДПС в Одеській області, 558 333,16 грн. – кошти, відшкодовані орендарями». 3. Ця Додаткова угода до Договору підписується у двох примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу, один з них зберігається у Учасника, другий - у Замовника. 4. Всі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними та Сторони підтверджують свої зобов’язання за ним.
