У зв’язку із зміною обсягів споживання природного газу Сторони дійшли згоди внести у Договору на постачання природного газу для непобутових споживачів № 114105DUICAB017 від 25.01.2017 р.
наступні зміни:
п. 1.2 Викласти у наступній редакції: «Річний плановий обсяг постачання газу – до 22,493 тис.куб. м.
п.3.6 викласти у наступній редакції: «Загальна сума договору складається із місячних сум вартості газу поставленого Споживачеві за даним Договором, та становить без ПДВ 184237,32 грн., ПДВ 20% - 36847,46 грн., разом з ПДВ 221 084,78 грн. (Двісті двадцять одна тисяча вісімдесят чотири гривень 78 копійок).
Сторони за взаємною домовленістю дійшли згоди щодо розірвання договору на постачання природного газу для потреб непобутових споживачів № 114105DUICAB017 від 25.01.2017 р.
