Сторони домовилися внести зміни до Договору, а саме: Збільшити вартість робіт на 603282грн.76 коп. та викласти п. 3.1 розділу 3 в новій редакції: "3.1. Вартість всіх робіт (договірна ціна) за даним Договором складає 1270282 грн. 76 коп., у т. .ч ПДВ немає.";
викласти пункт 1.5, розділу 1 у наступній редакції; "1.5. Строк початку робіт визначається датою підписання Договору. Строк закінчення робіт та здача актів виконаних робіт за Договором - не пізніше 20.12.2017 ".
Додаткова угода додається.
