Note:
1. Керуючись п.п. 1 п. 11.2 Договору та п. 1 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», зменшити суму Договору на 3 752,40 грн. (три тисячі сімсот п’ятдесят дві грн. 40 коп.).
Викласти п. 3.1 Договору в наступній редакції:
«3.1 Ціна Договору становить 1 951 618,78 (один мільйон дев’ятсот п’ятдесят одна тисяча шістсот вісімнадцять грн. 78 коп.), в т. ч. ПДВ 325 269,80 грн. (триста двадцять п’ять тисяч двісті шістдесят дев’ять грн. 80 коп.)».
2. Керуючись п.п. 3 п. 11.2 Договору, продовжити строк дії Договору та виконання робіт до 31.12.2022 р.
