Згідно статті 36 ч.5 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" із змінами і доповнення від 25 грудня 2015 р. №922-VIII зі змінами дія договору про закупівлю може бути продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку. Відповідно до наведеного термін дії Договору поставки №25 від 26.02.2021 р. продовжити на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початок наступного року.

Відповідно до наведеного термін дії Договору поставки №25 від 26.02.2021р. продовжити на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початок наступного року до 31.03.2022р.
Збільшити суму договору на 146331,62 грн. (сто сорок шість тисяч триста тридцять одну грн.62 коп.)
