пункт 7 частина 4 стаття 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі": ціна на електричну енергію складається з двох складових: ціна за електроенергію та ціна за послуги з передачі електричної енергії (регульований тариф). Відповідно до Постанови НКРЕКП від 10.12.2019р. № 2668 "Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії ПрАТ "НЕК "УКРЕНЕРГО" на 2020 рік" тариф на послуги з передачі електричної енергії встановлено на рівні 155,40грн./МВт*год (без урахування ПДВ) з 01 січня 2020 р.
пункт 1 частина 4 стаття 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків.
