Відповідно до ч.6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони погодили продовжити дію договору №19 від 05.03.2021 р. до 26.02.2022 року на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі та в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків від суми Договору в розмірі 7015,12 грн.( Сім тисяч п’ятнадцять грн. 12 коп.)., та викласти пункт 3.1 Договору в наступній редакції: «Цей Договір набирає чинності з 19.02.2021 року по 26 лютого 2022 року.
