виконання робіт, та укласти додаткову угоду щодо продовження терміну дії даного Договору до 31.12.2019 року, але в будь-якому разі до повного виконання визначених в ньому зобов`язань.

У зв'язку із відсутністю повного фінансування по об'єкту внести зміни:
1.Внести зміни до календарного графіку.
2.Продовжити термін дії договору №1 від 24.10.2017 року до 31.12.2023 року,але в будь якому разі до повного виконання визначених в ньому зобов'язань.
3.Ця додаткова угода вважається укладеною з дати її підписання і скріплення підписів Сторін печатками та діє до виконання зобов'язань за Договором.
4.Інші умови вищевказаного Договору, не порушені цією додатковою угодою,залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов'язання.

1.В порядку, строки та на умовах,визначених цим Договором,Замовник доручає,Учасник зобов'язується на свій ризик за завданням Замовника виконати роботи та здати Замовнику у встановлений Договором строк роботи по об'єкту "Капітальний ремонт водопровідних мереж м.Звенигородка" код ДК 021-2015 (срv) 4545000-6- Інші завершальні роботи, в тому числі "Капітальний ремонт водопровідних мереж в м.Звенигородка, що підлягає виконанню в 2023 році 650 000,00 грн.
2. Внести зміни до календарного графіку.
3. Продовжити термін дії договору №1 від 24.10.2017 року до 31.12.2024 року, але в будь якому разі до повного виконання визначених в ньому зобов'язань.
