Керуючись пунктом 13.1 Договору про виконання робіт з капітального ремонту вулиці Шевченка с. Старі Бабани Уманського району, Черкаської обл., від 07.10.2021 № 283 (далі-Договір), статтею 651 «Підстави для зміни або розірвання договору» Цивільного кодексу України, статтею 188 Господарського кодексу України, пунктом 1 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» за спільної, вільної та взаємної згоди погодили зменшення обсягів закупівлі послуг та, як наслідок, і зменшення вартості договору та у зв’язку з цим:
1. Пункт 3.1 Договору викласти у новій редакції:
Ціна Договору визначається на підставі договірної ціни (Додаток 1 до Договору) і становить 1 739 646, 00 грн. (Один мільйон сімсот тридцять дев'ять тисяч шістсот сорок шість гривень 00 копійок) з ПДВ.
Бюджетні зобов’язання за Договором виникають у разі наявності та в межах бюджетних асигнувань на ці цілі, передбачених планом(ами) використання бюджетних коштів.
Фінансування робіт здійснюється за рахунок коштів місцевого бюджету.
2. Додаток № 3 «План фінансування», Додаток № 2 «Договірна ціна» та додаток № 1 «Календарний план» викласти у новій редакції. Додатки № 1,2, 3 у новій редакції додаються.
