Керуючись част. 5 статті 36 Закону України „Про публічні закупівлі” № 922 від 25 грудня 2015 року подовжити термін дії договору №3 від 07 березня 2019 року на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі пари, гарячої води та пов’язаної продукції за ДК 021:2015 — 0932000-8 пара, гаряча вода та пов’язана продукція, теплопостачання КНП Богодухівська ЦРЛ БРР, а саме: теплопостачальна організація зобов'язується у 2020 році надати Споживачеві послуги за ДК 021:2015 - 0932000-8 пара, гаряча вода та пов'язана продукція, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі № 3 від 07 березня 2019 року, а Споживач - прийняти та оплатити такі послуги в розмірі 20 відсотків від суми договору № 3 від 07 березня 2019 року відповідно пункту Х п.п. 10.4 : 619 990,00 грн. ( шістсот дев’ятнадцять тисяч дев’ятсот дев’яносто гривень 00 коп.).Внести зміни в додаток 1а Договору «Обсяги постачання теплової енергії Споживачу» та пункт 1 і 1.4. та викласти в наступній редакції
