Керуючись п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пунктом 13.1 Договору Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару , не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у зв’язку із коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку.
