Note:
. Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строк дії Договору 01/498-25 від 06 лютого 2025 року по 31 грудня 2026 року.
2. У зв'язку з продовженням строку дії Договору, термін дії Додатка №1 (Дислокація) та Додатка №3 (Протокол погодження ціни) також продовжується
до 31 грудня 2026 року включно. В усіх частинах тексту зазначених Додатків дати «01.02.2025» замінити датами «01.01.2026», а дати «31.12.2025» замінити датами «31.12.2026».
3. Керуючись ч. 3 ст. 631 Цивільного кодексу України, Сторони погодили,
що умови цієї Додаткової угоди застосовуються до відносин між ними, які виникли з 01 січня 2026 року.
4. Усі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними.
5. Додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, що мають однакову юридичну силу та є невід'ємною частиною Договору.
5. Додаткова угода набирає чинності з дня її підписання.
