Керуючись п.8 ч.4 та ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», ст.ст. 651, 653, та 654 Цивільного кодексу України, а також з урахуванням положень додаткової угоди №1 від 26.12.2019р. до Договору, Сторони прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році.

1. Викласти Специфікацію до Додаткової угоди № 2 від 14.01.2020 до Договору № ЦЗ-26/2019 від 27.03.2019 року в новій редакції (Додаток 1).
2. Викласти пункт 2 Додаткової угоди № 2 від 14.01.2020 до Договору № ЦЗ-26/2019 від 27.03.2019 року в новій редакції: «Сума виконання договору, укладеного в попередньому році становить 3 603 424,02 грн. (три мільйони шістсот три тисячі чотириста двадцять чотири грн. 02 коп.), в тому числі ПДВ 235 738,02 грн. Вартість цієї Додаткової угоди складає 718 900,90 грн.(Сімсот вісімнадцять тисяч дев’ятсот грн. 90 коп.), в тому числі ПДВ 47 030,90 грн., згідно специфікації (Додаток 1).
