У зв’язку з необхідністю проведення Замовником на початку 2018 року процедури закупівлі, керуючись ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі” № 922-VIII від 25.12.2015 та п.11.3. Договору про закупівлю товару за державні кошти від 16.02.2017 року №1024/17Т-127 (далі – Договір), сторони вносять зміни та доповнення до діючого між ними Договору, про те, що дія Договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2018 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі, укладеному у 2017 році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку. 1. Загальна сума Додаткової угоди складає 393 059,36 грн. з ПДВ
