1. Зменшити кількість гарячої води на 11,95 м³ та внести зміни до підпункту 3) пункту 2 Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції:
«3) послуга з постачання гарячої води надається Споживачеві в обсягах 199,6 м³.»
2. Зменшити суму договору на 1 068,33 грн. (Одну тисячу шістдесят вісім гривень 33 копійки) , внести зміни до абзацу 3 пункту 21 Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції:
«Ціна цього Договору становить 17 844,24 грн. (Сімнадцять тисяч вісімсот сорок чотири гривніь 24 копійки), в т.ч. ПДВ 2 974,04 грн (Дві тисячі дев’ятсот сімдесят чотири гривні 04 копійки)»

1. Відповідно до ч.6 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» №992-VIIІ від 25.12.2015р., керуючись п.41 Договору № 4008/1 від 25.01.2021 р. про закупівлю постачання гарячої води, Сторони погодили наступне:
Строк дії Договору № 4008/1 від 25.01.2021 р. продовжується на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на 2022 рік, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної у Договорі та становить 3 576 грн. 00 коп. (Три тисячі п’ятсот сімдесят шість гривень 00 копійок), в т.ч. ПДВ 596,00 грн.
