(п’ятнадцять тисяч тридцять гривень 96 коп.), в тому числі ПДВ – 2505,16грн.». Викласти також в новій розділ VI «Порядок розрахунків».

Підпункт 2.1.1. пункту 2.1. розділу ІІ «Предмет Договору» Договору викладено в наступній редакції: «2.1.1. Оператор ГРМ надає Споживачу у період з 01 січня 2020 року по 31 грудня 2020 року послугу з розподілу природного газу в обсязі 13185,00 м3, зазначеному в Додатку, який є невід’ємною частиною Договору. Загальна сума договору на 2020р. становить 14002,50грн. (чотирнадцять тисяч дві гривні 50 коп.), в тому числі ПДВ – 2333,76грн.». Пункт 6.3. розділу VI «Порядок розрахунків» Договору викладено в наступній редакції:«6.3. Величина річної замовленої потужності об’єкта (об’єктів) Споживача на розрахунковий календарний рік визначається відповідно до Кодексу ГРМ. Місячна вартість послуги розподілу природного газу визначається як добуток 1/12 річної замовленої потужності об’єкта (об’єктів) споживача на тариф, встановлений Регулятором для відповідного Оператора ГРМ із розрахунку місячної вартості одного кубічного метра замовленої потужності (постанова НКРЕКП 24.12.2019 №3031 «Про встановлення тарифу на послуги розподілу природного газу для АТ «Луганськгаз» та постанова НКРЕКП від 24.06.2020 №1169 «Про внесення змін до постанови НКРЕКП від 24 грудня 2019 року №3031»)».
