Note:
Замовник і Підрядник погодились внести зміни до Договору підряду № 1 від 16.04.2021 р. по об’єкту: «Реконструкція залізобетонного моста через р. Іква по вул. Замковій в м. Дубно (Додаткові роботи)» та викласти у наступній редакції:
1. Пункт 3.1 Розділу «ІІІ Ціна договору» викласти в новій редакції: «Ціна цього Договору становить: 6 242 367 грн. 60 коп. (з ПДВ), в тому числі на 2021 рік – 5 898 235 грн. 76 коп. (п’ять мільйонів вісімсот дев’яносто вісім тисяч двісті тридцять п’ять грн. 76 коп.)(з ПДВ).
2. Додаток № 2 до договору підряду №1 від 16.04.2021 «Календарний графік виконання робіт» викласти в новій редакції.
3. Додаток № 3 до Договору підряду № 1 від 16.04.2021 «Календарний план фінансування» викласти в новій редакції.
У звязку з внесенням змін до календарного графіку виконання робіт сторони погодилися продовжити строк дії договору до 31.12.2022 року.
