Враховуючи статті 4 та 11 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (далі – Закону), Положення про уповноважену особу, згідно наказу начальника відділу освіти Білозерської міської ради від 01.04.2021 № 59-ОД
Керуючись ч.5 п.5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» №922-VII від 25.12.2015р. (із змінами та доповненнями), п.п.11.8.2 п.11.8 розділу 11 «Інші умови» договору №10 від 11.02.2021р., та у зв’язку з коливанням цін на Товар, сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків, без збільшення суми договору, та внести зміни до специфікації з предметом закупівлі Макаронні вироби (ДК 021:2015 – 15850000-1 Макаронні вироби)
