Note:
1.На підставі п.п.5 пункту 16.10. Договору №21т від 12.07.2018 р. та пункту 5 ч. 4 ст. 36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" сторони вирішили узгодити зміну ціни в бік зменшення вартості машино-годин (без зміни кількості (обсягу) та якості послуги).
2. На підставі пункту 7 частини 4 ст. 36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" та п.п.2 пункту 16.10. Договору № 21т від 12.07.2018 р. між сторонами досягнуто домовленності викласти вартість послуги щодо захоронення відходів до тарифу затвердженого рішенням виконавчого комітету Запорізької міської ради.
3. У звязку з вище зазначеними змінами до розрахунку вартості послуги, яка є предметом Договору № 21т від 12.07.2018 р. між сторонами досягнуто домовленності викласти пункт 2.1. Договору № 21т від 12.07.2018 р. у новій редакції: "2.1. Ціна Договору становить 1 994 415,82 грн. з ПДВ" та викласти в новій редакції: Договірну ціну (Додаток № 1) до Договору № 21т від 12.07.2018 р., Локальний кошторис з розрахунками (Додаток № 2) до Договору №21т від 12.07.2018 р., Графік надання послуг (Додаток № 3) до Договору №21т від 12.07.2018 р.
4.Всі інші умови Договору №21т від 12.07.2018 р. залишаються чинними та незмінними.
