Відповідно до п.3.3.8 Договору та на підставі п.6 ст.41 ЗУ "Про публічн закупівлі" Сторони вирішили продовжити дію Договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми договору визначеної в початкововму договорі про закупівлю укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку. дана Додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту підписання Сторонами і діє до 28.02.2022 року.
