Керуючись нормами цивільного і господарського законодавства, а також відповідно до п.5 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони домовились змінити ціну в бік зменшення (без зміни кількості (обсягу) та якості товару), та, як наслідок, зменшити суму договору на 48,80 грн. (Сорок вісім грн. 80 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ 3,19 грн. (Три грн. 19 коп.), у зв’язку з чим пункт Договору 3.1 викласти в наступній редакції «Ціна цього Договору становить 100 751,20 грн. (Сто тисяч сімсот п’ятдесят одна грн. 20 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ 6 591,20 грн. (Шість тисяч п’ятсот дев’яносто одна грн. 20 коп.).»
