Для бесперебойної роботи установи на початку 2021 року та на підставі пп. 10.1., 10.2. Договору, керуючись ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" прийнято рішення внести зміни до Договору про наступне: 1. Згідно п. 9.3. Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити термін дії Договору до 31.03.2021 на суму, що не перевищує 20 (двадцять) відсотків суми, визначеної у початковому Договорі, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку, у відповідності до вимог ч.6 ст.41 Закону України "Про пкблічні закупівлі". 2. Дія цієї Додаткової угоди росповсюджується на відносини між сторонами з 01.01.2021.
