Сторони уклали дану Додаткову Угоду до договору № 12/18 від 12 грудня 2018 р. про наступне: 1. Пункт 1.1 викласти у наступній редакції: 1.1. У порядку та на умовах, визначених цим Договором, Підрядник бере на себе зобов’язання своїми силами і засобами за рахунок Замовника розробити проектно-кошторисну документацію (далі – Роботи) «Реконструкція адміністративної будівлі Щирецької селищної ради», відповідно до Завдання на проектування, а Замовник зобов’язується прийняти результати цих Робіт та оплатити їх. 2. У додатку №1 та додатку №2 до Договору слова «Реконструкція з добудовою адміністративної будівлі Щирецької селищної ради за адресою: смт. Щирець пл. Ринок, 8 Пустомитівський район Львівська область» замінити на «Реконструкція адміністративної будівлі Щирецької селищної ради»
