Керуючись частиною 6 статті 265 Господарського кодексу України, ч. 1 ст. 651ч. ч. 1 ст. 653, ч. 1 ст. 654 Цивільного кодексу України, пунктом 4.1. Договору про закупівлю №237 від 18.06. 2018 року та за взаємною згодою Сторін укладено цю додаткову угоду про наступне: 1. Внести зміни до п. 12 Договору про закупівлю №237 від 18.06.2018 року. Пункт 12.1 викласти у наступному вигляді: Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання його сторонами і діє в частині завершення робіт відповідно до п. 6.2. , 6.4. Договору, а в частині проведення розрахунків – до 31.12.2020 року. У разі виникнення незалежних від Сторін обставин, що унеможливлюють виконання ними своїх договірних зобов’язань, сторк дії Договору може продовжуватись на термін, визначеній у додатковій угоді до цього Договору. Після завершення бюджетного періоду (року) сторони керуються пунктом 5.9 Договору. Всі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов’язання.

(шістсот шістдесят дев’ять тисяч п’ятсот тридцять вісім гривень 81 коп.), що складає 30% від суми 2 231 796 грн. 02 коп. (два мільйони двісті тридцять одна тисяча сімсот дев’яносто шість гривень 02 коп.) – суми фінансування підрядних робіт на 2020 рік. 2. Всі інші умови Договору про закупівлю № 237 від 18.06.2018 року залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов’язання
