Причини внесення змін до договору №2020\11-Т від 13.03.2020р. в зв’язку з обставинами, що склалися сьогодні в світі та в Україні, що викликаний спалахом коронавірусної хвороби (COVID-19), запровадження карантинних заходів, в Україні змінено графік роботи та терміни розгляду звернень щодо отримання погодженого замовлення-заявки на постачання обладнання відповідно до п.10.1 чинних ДСТУ 6.6.1-116-2005 «Основні санітарні правила забезпечення радіаційної безпеки України, а так покупець не має відомостей щодо кінцевої дати погодження його заявки і тому виникла необхідність продовжити строк поставки до 01.10.2020 року відповідно до п.4. ч.4 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі».
