У зв’язку з тим, що у Покупця відсутнє місце для зберігання всієї кількості товару, що є предметом цього Договору, Сторони домовились внести зміни до п.5.3. Договору, доповнивши його абзацом п’ятим наступного змісту: «Датою поставки товару є дата підписання Сторонами видаткових накладних, які підтверджують перехід до Покупця права власності на товар. У зв’язку з тим, що у Покупця відсутнє місце для зберігання всієї кількості товару, що є предметом цього Договору, приймання Покупцем товару здійснюється на складі Продавця, який в подальшому безоплатно здійснює зберігання цього товару, про що Сторонами укладається відповідний договір зберігання. Повернення зі зберігання товару і його доставка до загальноосвітніх шкіл Арцизького району Одеської області здійснюється Продавцем в залежності від фактичної потреби Покупця».
