1. Відповідно до п.6 Статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" продовжити дію длговору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми раніше укладеного договору, а саме до 01.02.2021 року.
2. Вартість цієї додаткової угоди 55890,00 грн (п'ятдесят п'ять тисяч вісімсот дев'яносто грн. 00 коп.) без ПДВ. Найменування, кількість товару, які будуть поставлені згідно додаткової угоди, зазначені у специфікації, що є невід'ємною частиною цього Договору.
