Керуючись п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» сторони домовились про збільшення ціни за одиницю товару (один літр бензину А-95 та дизельного палива ) до 10 відсотків пропорційно збільшенню ціни такого товару на ринку у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку за умови, що така зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю.
