Замовник вность зміни до Договору №505 від 28.07.2017р. на послугу водопостачання, а саме: виключити у Розділі 11 п. 11.1. "На підставі ст. 631 ЦКУ сторони встановили, що умови договору застосовуються до відносин між ними, які виникли до його укладання". Зміни внесенні на підставі Ст.2. ч.7. (Забороняється придбання товарів, робіт і послуг до/без проведення процедур) згідно Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі".
