У зв’язку з тим, що виконання послуг ТОВ «ЕФ АЙ ЕМ КЛІНІНГ» фактично розпочалося з 17 квітня 2018 року, оскільки визначення переможця відбулося 06.04.2018, а термін оскарження результатів закупівлі становить 10 днів, був зроблений перерахунок ціни договору, а саме: 9 робочих днів квітня (16 578,95 грн.) + 35 000,00 грн. на місяць х 8 місяців, тобто ціна договору №01-04-2018 від 17.04.2018 на час його укладання становила 296 578, 95 грн.

1. Відповідно до частини 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» зі змінами від 27.01.2018 № 2265-VIII, Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію Договору про закупівлю на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2019 року, але не пізніше 01.03.2019 р. 2. Інші умови Договору, не змінені цією додатковою угодою, залишаються чинними і Сторони підтверджують за ними свої зобов’язання.

«5.1. Загальна вартість Послуг, які надаються за цим Договором, складає:
- у 2018 році: 296 578,95 грн. (двісті дев’яносто шість тисяч п’ятсот сімдесят вісім грн. 95 коп.) в тому числі ПДВ 49 429,83 грн.
- у 2019 році: з 01.01.2019 по 21.02.2019 (включно): 59 315,79 грн. (п'ятдесят дев'ять тисяч триста п'ятнадцять грн. 79 коп.), в тому числі ПДВ 9 885,965 грн.
2. Пункт 7.1. Договору викласти у такій редакції:
«7.1. Цей Договір набуває чинності з дати його підписання Сторонами або їх уповноваженими представниками та скріплення печатками Сторін, і діє до 21 лютого 2019 року (включно), а в частині взаєморозрахунків - до повного їх виконання Сторонами.»
