У зв'язку із збільшенням роздрібних цін на паливо рідинне на ринку, Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору, а саме до п.1.3., збільшивши ціну одиниць Товару в межах 10%, а саме: - Дизельне паливо - в межах 10% - до 26,50 грн. за 1 літр (з ПДВ); - Бензин А-92 - в межах 10% - до 28,10 грн. за 1 літр (з ПДВ); - Бензин А-95 - в межах 10% - до 28,70 грн. за 1 літр (з ПДВ).
