У зв’язку зі зміною ТОВ «ЛЕО» вартості технічних умов на приєднання до електричних мереж, та прийняттям «Зміни № 3 до ДСТУ Б Д.1.1-7:2013 «Правила визначення вартості проектно-вишукувальних робіт та експертизи проектної документації на будівництво», на підставі п. п. 9.2 та 12.4 Договору на розробку проектно-кошторисної документації № 12 від 18.10.2017 р. Сторони домовились внести наступні зміни до Договору на розробку проектно-кошторисної документації № 12 від 18.10.2017 р.:
1. Вартість робіт за Договором на розробку проектно-кошторисної документації № 12 від 18.10.2017 р. збільшити на 81 638,12 грн. (вісімдесят одну тисячу шістсот тридцять вісім гривен 12 коп.) з ПДВ.
2. Пункт 2.1 Договору на розробку проектно-кошторисної документації № 12 від 18.10.2017 р. викласти в наступній редакції:
«2.1. Загальна вартість робіт за Договором визначається Протоколом узгодження договірної ціни (Додаток № 1), який є невід’ємною частиною даного Договору, та складає – 134 464.32 (сто тридцять чотири тисячі чотириста шістдесят чотири гривні 32 коп.) в тому числі ПДВ 22410.72 грн.

У зв’язку зі зміною ТОВ «ЛЕО» вартості технічних умов на приєднання до електричних мереж, та уточненням фактично виконаних робіт по проектуванню, на підставі п. п. 9.2 та 12.4 Договору на розробку проектно-кошторисної документації № 12 від 18.10.2017 р. Сторони домовились внести наступні зміни до Договору на розробку проектно-кошторисної документації № 12 від 18.10.2017 р.:
1. Вартість робіт за Договором на розробку проектно-кошторисної документації № 12 від 18.10.2017 р. зменшити на 6 862,39 грн. (шість тисяч вісімсот шістдесят дві гривни 39 коп.) з ПДВ.
2. Пункт 2.1 Договору на розробку проектно-кошторисної документації № 12 від 18.10.2017 р. викласти в наступній редакції:
«2.1. Загальна вартість робіт за Договором визначається Протоколом узгодження договірної ціни (Додаток № 1), який є невід’ємною частиною даного Договору, та складає – 127 601,93 грн. (сто двадцять сім тисяч шістсот одна гривна 93 коп.) в тому числі ПДВ 21 266,99 грн.
